
Shipping Rules
METHOD OF DELIVERY
Our supplies use a
variety of shipping companies, one particular manufacturer uses
common carriers due to the weight of the plant pots we sell. It is
our policy to ship via the most economical means possible. Air
freight shipments and optional extra fast delivery services from some
shippers are available upon request at additional cost to the
purchaser. Export shipments must be arranged on an individual
shipping destination basis.
WHEN CAN YOU
EXPECT DELIVERY?
Orders are shipped within 24 hours.
Whenever possible, please order before twelve noon (EST) to save one
day shipping time.
SHIPPING
DAMAGES OR SHORTAGES
We thoroughly inspect all
packages before shipping and great care is taken to ensure that all
of our products are adequately packaged. Unfortunately, damages to
occur during shipping. Before signing to accept your shipment, we
encourage you to inspect all packages.
Please follow steps indicated below to ensure the
carrier's liability in the event of a damaged shipment:
• Immediately count all cartons.
• Examine carton exterior for any visible damage.
• If you suspect damage has occurred, open cartons in the
presence of the driver.
• If notable damage is found, indicate the nature and extent of
damage on the bill of lading or freight bill if signing to accept, or
you may refuse to accept any damaged package noting that the box is
being refused due to damage.
Sometimes damages are not apparent and are not discovered until
after the driver has already left. In the event that this occurs,
please immediately contact Case Enterprise, LLC 970-314-9068 so that
we may replace the damaged merchandise to you and file a claim with
the carrier.
Case Enterprise must be notified within
(5) days of receipt of damaged merchandise. Failure to
notify Case Enterprise of any damages within (5) day of receiving
damaged merchandise may affect our ability to replace any products at
no charge due to time constraints for filing damage claims with the
carrier.
You MUST KEEP all shipping
boxes, packing material, and the damaged items for the
carrier to inspect before any reimbursement or credit will be made to
your account.
SHIPPING COSTS
All
orders have a a shipping charge which is 22% of the total dollar
amount of the items in ones cart. This charge will applied at the
time check-out.
FREIGHT COSTS
Orders with
the total cart dollar amount between $0- $200 has an additional $5.00
creight cost. Orders with the total cart dollar amount over $200 has
an additional $15.00 freight cost. Our manufacture companies
make every effort to package lighter weight, lesser expensive items
into planter pots so that these items ship freight free, in turn we
can offer these items at a lesser cost to you. Occasionally, bulk
orders of small items such as foam collars or liners may not fit into
pots and therefore will have a freight charge added to the invoice.
This applies only to orders within the Continental United States.

RETURNS
No merchandise may be
returned without our advanced consent. All authorized returns carry a
RESTOCKING CHARGE of 50% to cover shipping and
handling to customer's location and call tag shipping for pick up and
return to our manufacturer company warehouse. Authorized returns must
be received in sellable condition. Credit is subject to be withheld
if merchandise is not sellable. There is a 30 day limit on
all returns from the date of invoice. Unauthorized returns
will be refused. Only stock items are returnable.
